Hi Bastian, 

You go to settings and at the third line you will see the apple health. You push this button and then with a view clicks you get connected. After a training you need to go to settings and push the apple health button to activate syncronisation. Syncronisation takes less than a second. At the moment it is only possible to upload trainings tu running coach. Hopefully in the future a download of the trainings plan will be possible.

How can I do that? I only see Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Fitbit and Strava. Thx

 

Hi, I'm running with iSmoothRun, and sync with ervery app you can think about, even stryd is possible.

Now for a few days you can sync your workouts with Apple Watch on Runningcoach.

Ich habe ein paar ältere Beiträge zu Apple Watch gesehen. Aber alles älter als 3 Jahre. 
Wie sieht es heute aus? Kann ich mit der Apple Watch (statt das iPhone mitzunehmen) Trainings aufzeichnen? Wie handhabt ihr das? Es gibt ja leider keine Apple Watch app zu RC.
